As a team, you can sign up to take part in Palace to Palace on Sunday 1st October. Choose from our classic 45 mile route, or ultra 90 mile route. How far will you go to support young people?
Step 1 - Purchase team places!
Prince’s Trust Partners will enjoy 10% off when purchasing team places for their employees. Follow the links below to purchase team places. You can choose the number of places you’d like to purchase for each of our Palace to Palace routes. Check out our team packages below to see the benefits your team can receive. We have now filled all the spaces in the partner village so unfortunately, any new teams of 20 will not be able to have their own space in the partner village.
Step 2 – Your colleagues can claim a free place
Once you’ve purchased your team places, you’ll be sent a unique password, that your colleagues can use to claim a team place. Contact us at palace@princes-trust.org.uk if you’d like comms templates to help spread the word.
Step 3 – Your fundraising could be the turning point for a young life
As a team, we would love you to raise as much money as possible, to fund our programmes that give young people the skills and confidence they need.

If you're a Team Captain, once you've created your page log in to view your page on the Palace to Palace website. Then click your icon, go to Edit Page, Team, and create your Team from there. Your Team members will be able to join your Team in the same settings.
We have set a fundraising target of £150 per rider. But why not set a company target, and get everyone behind a team goal. Here are some fundraising ideas to help you get there.
Static bike-a-thon
Get cycling in the office to raise awareness of your team! We’ve seen virtual relays across the UK, cycling the distance from office to office, and live streams of cycling which colleagues can watch and donate!
Office Fundraising
Bring your colleagues back into the office for social events and activities to raise funds. From the old fashioned bake sales, to drinks trolleys, yoga classes, dancing in the dark discos, your colleagues could make a donation to have a good time!
Sponsorship
We’ve all got networks - family, friends, suppliers, clients. Whether it’s a tenner off your Uncle, or a supplier sponsors £1,000 to have their logo on your team t-shirts, your team can rack up the total by asking for sponsorship.
Team Packages
Taking part in Palace to Palace as a team, brings all the feels of teamwork, achievement, and an atmosphere of celebration at the finish line. Our team packages can make the day extra special for you and your colleagues.
*All team spaces need to be confirmed by the 1st September so unfortunately we can’t guarantee you a space in the partner village if you buy places after this date.
Small team package
2-19 riders
Receive 10% discount on your purchase, support with fundraising and a team shout out at the finish line.
Medium team package
20-49 riders
Add your own team space in the partner village* at the end of the course. We’ll furnish your space with tables, chairs and a bespoke sign so your riders can find each other, take a well earned rest and celebrate their achievements with family and friends. You’ll also have the opportunity to order food and drink from our hospitality packages and have this bought to our team space.
Large team package
50+ Riders
Go BIG and purchase a large team of 50 riders and on top of the discount and partner space*, you’ll receive a private pre-event webinar for your team with The Prince’s Trust Palace to Palace event team. You’ll also unlock access to purchase logistics and hospitality packages, to gain extra help in making a day of it! Our packages enable you to cater to your riders needs, covering travel to and from the event, accommodation where needed, and food and refreshments and the finish line.
The order deadline for hospitality packages has now passed. Food and drinks can be purchased from the selection of stands that will be at the finish festival.
Food
For teams of 20 or more, you can order one of our hospitality packages to refuel your riders at the end of the course. The food will be served in your private area of the Partner Village and you will be able to collect your drinks using vouchers from the Partner Village bar.

Freshly prepared sandwiches (meat, veg & vegan), crisps and fruit
Sandwiches (1 and a half rounds per person) - £8.00 inc VAT per person
- BBQ
Beef burgers, hot dogs, vegetable brochette, mixed leaf salad, coleslaw and potato salad - £30.00 inc VAT per person
Drinks
Help your team quench their thirst after the ride and celebrate in style by pre-ordering drinks. Purchased drinks vouchers will be in available in your Partner Village area to distribute amongst your team. Vouchers can then be exchanged for drinks at the bar in the Partner Village.

Dessert
After a long cycle there's nothing better than some dessert to finish off a pretty sweet day. They will be served alongside your food in the Partner Village. All desserts are £6 incl VAT.

- Platter of chopped fruit

The small print….
- Teams of 20 participants or more can book food and drink packages. Food orders start at a minimum of 20 and increases incrementally by 5 e.g. 20, 25, 30, 35…
- All orders must be placed by Friday 1 September 2023
- Once ordered, we’ll ask you what time you would like the food brought out, depending on your riders estimated finish time
- The Partner Village bar will also take card payment for additional drinks if required
